MILLHAVEN  is the perfect spot for your special intimate gathering. 

Seating 60 people this little gem of a venue sits in the Bell Tower building.  This old mill built c. 1899 has been refurbished but still has all of its old charm with rustic modernized amenities. It is located on the garden level, overlooking the beautifully manicured courtyard.

 

Our courtyard is a small botanical oasis situated in the middle of two brick buildings. It is very private. It features seating for 36 with 3 fire tables, a water fountain, and grill area with cornhole boards. It has its own microclimate and people can't believe that it's here when they see it!

The room is 1900 SF with 8 floor to ceiling windows, and floor to ceiling brick wall. It features rustic farm tables with wooden cross back chairs in light colored wood. There is a 12 foot island with an additional 10 comfortable, cushioned swivel stools.

Don’t want to use for seating? Set up a delectable charcuterie table. 2 wine barrel pub tables complete the look, in addition to two beautiful green Queen Anne chairs and lovely chesterfield sofa. 

 

MILLHAVEN is equipped  with a full kitchen and a bar. A bartending service can be provided for an additional charge. 

 

With ease of accessibility from 495, centrally located in Lawrence, MA. It borders North Andover, is in close proximity to Andover and Methuen and a few short miles from Salem, NH. 

 

MILLHAVEN also has a full-service catering service known for it’s delicious food prepared by Executive Chef Elena Martinez in the building. In addition to curated menus, we can accommodate any special requests. Visit our Menus tab to see what we offer.
